Phospholipid Complex (from soy lecithin), Bulking Agent (medium chain triglycerides), Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatin), humectant (glycerine), natural colour (natural caramel colour, titanium dioxide colour, titanium dioxide)], Glazing Agen (food glaze).
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily with food. Can be increased to three capsules daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
